Prof. E.E. Dike

Prof. E.E. Dike is the Head of the Department of Public Administration. An accomplished scholar and public sector expert, she brings decades of experience in administrative leadership, policy analysis, and institutional reform.

Since her appointment in 2024, Prof. Dike has been instrumental in repositioning the department through innovative teaching methods, policy-relevant research, and strategic collaborations with government and development agencies to prepare students for impactful public service careers.

Admission Requirements and Procedures

Undergraduate Admission
  • Age Requirement: Minimum 16 years.
  • UME: Acceptable score.
  • O'Level: Credit passes in 5 subjects including English, Mathematics, Government, and other social sciences.
  • UTME Cut-Off: Prescribed cut-off marks.
  • Direct Entry: Diploma or A-Level passes.
Postgraduate Admission
  • General: O'Level credits and NYSC certificate.
  • PGD: 3rd class degree or good HND.
  • MPA/M.Sc.: Second-class lower degree or PGD with credit.
  • Ph.D.: Master's degree with CGPA 3.50.
